ANGELOS PAPADIMITRIOU APPOINTED CHAIRMAN AND INTERIM CEO OF CELLI GROUP

Ardian-owned Celli Group, a leading global player in the design and manufacturing of beverage dispensing equipment and accessories, announces the appointment with immediate effect of Angelos Papadimitriou as Chairman and interim CEO.

Angelos Papadimitriou led Coesia Group, a global leader in industrial and packaging solutions, for ten years as Chief Executive Officer. In his career, he held management positions in multinational companies such as Pirelli, GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, and McKinsey. Originally from Athens, Papadimitriou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Business Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

The Board of Directors welcomes the appointment of Claudio Colombi as Director. Colombi held management positions in Operations and Human Resources Management in the 3M Group and the Coesia Group with global responsibilities in Italy and abroad. Entrepreneur, founder and Chairman of Perspective Developing People and Perspective Improvement, Colombi holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from University of Padova.
