Founded in 1974 in Rimini as Frigotecnica Celli, the company quickly established itself as a leader in beer and soft drink dispensing. This specialization laid the foundation for a rise that would redefine global standards in beverage dispensing.
Strategic evolution and exponential growth
The Celli family's entrepreneurial vision was further strengthened in 2013 with the entry of private equity fund Consilium, opening up new horizons for development. 2019 saw the total acquisition by the pan-European group Ardian, instilling renewed momentum and confidence in the company. Under the expert leadership of CEO Federico Testarella, Celli Group continues to pursue increasingly ambitious goals, strengthened by a solid financial and managerial partnership.

Beer
In the beer sector: the integration of British companies Angram Ltd and Ads2, specializing in custom font design and traditional English draught systems, as well as the Spanish companies Reyvarsur, focused on complementary equipment and accessories, and JJL, excellence in custom font design.
Water
In the water business: the acquisition of Cosmetal has solidified Celli's position as a European leader in the production of water dispensers across various channels, including HoReCa, Office, and Home.
Frozen Drink
In the frozen drink segment: the entry of CAB has further enriched the Group's offerings,
acquiring expertise in the design of systems for dispensing slushes, sorbets and cold creams.
