Interviews

In the first step you will face the "technical interview" with the Line Manager you will be working with. Therefore, it’s crucial to have understood the key features of the role and to establish the right connection. Congratulations! You’re almost at the end of the recruitment process, however be careful…don’t give anything for granted.

The last step in the process involves an in-person interview with the Director of the appointed business function and the HR Business Partner. At this stage, you will be given more information about future business plans and the team, as well as the practical aspects of the change will be addressed. You will be one of the shortlisted candidates, so it will be critical to demonstrate why you are the right person for the role and how your skills and experience can best support the projects described.

Mind also that the selection process is a two-ways evaluation: the company will evaluate your profile based on competencies and personal attitude as well as you will analyse if this opportunity will be the right one to fit your expectations.
